over training will occur hwoever it wont matter, the muscle will grow no matter over training or not because it is a life or death situation that leaves you close to death but not dead and the stimulus is LONG so the body doesn’t count it as maybe a fluke like the one rep or not as important like the 4 sets. its a very steep learning curve. like being thrown in a fight 2 the death but then always being pulled out just enough to survive for the next fight. you get one days rest. the? body

you guys are the reason why so many ppl cant build muslce!!! if you are to scared too scared of GVT get your ass to the cardio room!!! GVT is for int to adv bodybuilders, yes you will be? sore as hell but if you can push your balls to the limit and finnish the program the rewards are fucking worth it!!!this program is excellent for busting through plateau’spoliquin is boss!!
