"It is not how hard you train, but how well you recover." Heard this before?
Not surprising really given how important recovery is to achieving those 'gains' you have spent countless hours in the gym for. As many of us know, training is only half the battle and recovery is key to optimal growth. Therefore we have compiled a list of our most recommended products by those who know it best;
1. FinaFlex BCAA-SAA
Loaded with over 7.6g's of BCAA-SAA recovery complex, this product is considered a must have by our staff given its potency. A brilliant aide in the fight against catabolism and burning fat as well as building muscle.
2 Protocol
A product that can be used by itself or mixed with the above product to act as a complimentary recovery boost; Protocol has been loaded with key amino acids. 3,25g of leucine, 1g of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, 1g of creatino -O Phosphate and fianlly 250g of agmatine sulfate.
3. FinaFlex Crea-Trona
Creatine? Yes, Creatine is important not only to help build muscle mass and density but also for recovery. Creatine allows for increased ATP Production which allows you to train more frequently and more intensely. During rest days this is also important as ATP allows for a more prompt recovery, meaning you are back in the gym faster.
4. Supernova Glutamine
Yep, good old Glutamine, nothing fancy or spectacular about it from the onset but a brilliant product everyone should use. Glutamine plays key roles in protein metabolism, cell volumizing, and anti-catabolism. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone, which helps metabolize body fat and support new muscle growth. Glutamine's anti-catabolism ability prevents the breakdown of your muscles.
5. Sci-Tec Protein
Finally protein is of course a must have regardless of the physical activity one undertakes to achieve his/her goals. A whey or Isolate protein can contribute enormously to not only building key blocks of muscle, but to also achieve overall recovery. One that possess a very good amino acid profile overall is a must, so products like Sci-Tec whey (for instance 4.4g of glutamine in one serve!) or ON's Gold whey should do the trick
